What We Accept
We can recycle almost anything with a plug (except for what we really can’t).
We’re here to make recycling your old electronics easy, safe, and seriously satisfying. From laptops to lab gear, if it’s got a plug or a circuit board chances are we can give it a second life.
Check the lists below to see what you can drop off and what’s better handled somewhere else (no hard feelings!) And yes, we can definitely take that random box of cords you’ve been lugging around for 10 years.

Every computer or device recycled plants a tree! Go you!
We sadly can’t accept the following
(please don’t bring them, it’s illegal!)
CRT Monitors & CRT TVs
These old tube-style screens contain leaded glass and other dangerous and hazardous materials that require specialized disposal. Please check with your local hazardous waste recycling center.
Large Household Appliances
These bulky appliances require heavy-duty processing and specialized recycling equipment that we can’t handle onsite. Many appliance retailers offer haul-away and recycling services when delivering new units!
Items Containing Freon
Refrigerators, air conditioners and dehumidifiers contain Freon, a toxic refrigerant that requires licensed removal under strict environmental regulations. We’re not certified to handle or process Freon-containing items.
Household & Lithium Batteries
Loose batteries contain hazardous materials like lithium, lead, and acid that require specialized recycling. Please don’t place them in our drop-off bins—they can spontaneously start a deadly fire!
TVs – All Kinds
We know it’s frustrating, but recycling TVs is expensive and highly regulated. That’s why most places (including us) can’t accept them for free. They contain toxic components that require specialized, certified disposal. In order to focus on keeping as many devices out of landfills as possible we prioritize free, accessible recycling for those electronics we can safely process. Hopefully TV manufacturers will evolve their technology, but until then we’re sorry to have to say “no TVs.”
